Fun Friday with Mrs. Tennant

Who ever said math isn't fun never had Mrs. Tennant for a teacher.  Friday, October 9th, was the first of a monthly series of Fun Fridays.  The task: rescue Rover from the sewer.  Rover, a stuffed mountain lion, had fallen into a sewer requiring assistance to return to his habitat. Students, working in teams, practiced their engineering and problem solving skills in order to save Rover.  Students were given a bucket of miscellaneous materials and could use any combination in their rescue efforts.
